Together with our partner company Experient Inc. from the United States, albamy group developed and implemented a Strategic Meeting Management Program for a worldwide leading IT corporation for all their meeting activities in the EMEA region in 2013. Since then, the program has successfully delivered measurable business objectives: it generates 450 corporate meetings per year in 320 different venues across the EMEA region and produces average cost savings of 18 percent per meeting. The services provided include pre-planning of meetings which are in scope with the stakeholder’s guidelines, and strategic venue sourcing customized on the meeting requirements. This enables cost savings as well as risk mitigation. Venues are sourced from long-term partners, major international hotel chains as well as specialized facility providers. The venue contracting adheres to the company compliance policies, which include safety and confidentiality requirements. Financial assistance includes the organization and handling of event payment obligations following an implemented payment procedure. Furthermore, the stakeholder receives continuous reporting and financial achievements of the program.
